Do not waste your time trying to get this app to work. It has not ever worked well and the developer does not care.
Horrible app
It’s still the worst app ever. The ever sinking sinc that ultimately means you have to delete the app and reinstall it. After a month of not using this app I come back and the first week back I have to delete it twice and reinstall it get it out of the everlasting sync.
Unreliable
I have to delete and reinstall the app at least once a week just to get basic functionality. Most common issue, the app will “sync” indefinitely.
WAE (worst app ever)
Stay away if you get mad about apps that don’t work.

Lots of updates, not much improvement. Why does the app rotate (portrait to landscape) on my iPhone but not my iPad?
Developers need to be fired
Every single update to this app breaks something new. I swear the developers never consider testing it or actually observe pilots use it to see where the development goes off the rails.
I want so much to like it
So this would be extremely useful if it worked. So many times I have to uninstall and reinstall to get past the perpetual "syncing" with the swirling icon.

One of the worst scheduling apps. Never works and glitches all the time. With all the money they get from companies they should have enough recourses to be able to make a well working app. You have to delete and reinstall all the time. It’s useless

As previous users have noted, this app continually requires the user to delete and reinstall the app in order to utilize the features. Sadly it’s never been reliable for our company however they continue to use it?

This has to be the worst app on the market for business aviation. Constant issues with basic functions such as loading trips, showing schedule and inputting data. Save your sanity and USE ANY OTHER APP!!!
No support - App is terrible
The App is so hit and miss when it comes to signing in or syncing. It’s been like this for months and the company hasn’t done anything to fix it. You can’t even submit a problem through the app as it shows an error. I would avoid this company.

Worthless
Use this app for my work schedule. It frequently does not update and requires deleting and reinstalling. Not got better in 6 years. Would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

Absolute rubbish
Horrible. Unreliable, always syncing with no data pushed. Constantly having to “refresh app” to no avail.

The absolute worst
There is no reason anyone should be using this app. As a pilot, I have to delete and re-install this app almost daily to be able to use it. It will stay in a constant state of “refresh” at times and will not load my trips, which is extremely frustrating when I have to fill out the trip information after every flight. It is very buggy and has awful delayed responses when I acknowledge my trips. My fellow employees all hate it and we wish our company would switch to a reliable and usable app. This is the most pathetic attempt at an app I have ever experienced. Nobody should support such a terrible product.
