Very Difficult to Cancel
Do not get. Seems to be going downhill with support.
2nd. Aviator Assistant was a great app in the beginning and I got quick responses when reporting issues.
NOW, don’t seem to really care if you are having issues. Call their phone number, and it says mailbox is full and not accepting new messages. I have pointed this out several months ago. No change.
Seems the first fix they try is to uninstall the app, then re download it and reinstall it.
Flying ifr, all of a sudden the ifr chart disappears. Big problem. Approach plate overlays have no transparency and you cannot see the chart behind the plate.
Vfr charts get lost as well.
Couple years ago, I gave them a 4 star rating as they were really trying. Currently, I cannot do that.
Notice there are no current ratings!
They cant even keep their charts up to date!
Don’t get caught flying with outdated charts!

No Free Version Only Trial
Good App but lately developers don’t respond like they used to.
Looking online, support is not as accessible as they were at one time. Beginning to wonder what is happening.
As a CFI I can not refer students to an app that support us hard to get to.

Finally! A solid cross-platform EFB app
The developers behind Aviator Assistant are exceptional. I had the opportunity to meet them at Sun 'n' Fun, and they even invited me for lunch on a separate occasion. Their responsiveness and dedication is outstanding. They very quickly address issues and release updates with new features and bug fixes.
This is now my go-to app for all my aviation needs. It's a comprehensive solution that's affordable compared to others on the app stores. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable and feature-rich EFB.
