I felt super motivated once I’d been matched with my health coach. The app was really easy to use and it’s been incredibly helpful to help me change my daily habits and stay fit and healthy. Great app and really easy to use. You can choose the coach that best suits you rather than get randomly assigned so it feels more personal and supportive!

Super useful!

Really straightforward and a great way to keep my health on track. Worked so much better than past attempts to keep fit/healthy using other methods. Felt really proactive and personalised to suit my needs and circumstance. Great having lots of coaches to choose from to help guide me in the right direction.
