Way more difficult to use I can’t even login. Totally disorganized.
HORRIBLE
Avion screwed up my booking and I wasted 17 hours on and off the phone. They final got back to me and I had to pay out of my pocket for a new flight after they said in writing that I would be refunded for out of pocket expense for the flight and guess what… no refund to be found and can’t get a manger on the phone!! DISGUSTING customer service!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!

Good saving app
This is a pretty decent app compared to a lot of the other ones. Good selection of brands easy to link your card. I think it’s annoying to have to re-link every six months and also I wish they had other credit card providers to link as well because I can’t link my Rogers, PC Financial, or Triangle cards. So there’s a savings there but otherwise not a bad app.

Not user friendly. It’s all over the place. Best Buy section, is atrocious. Whoever created this, should find himself another job.

À deux reprises les hôtels ne correspondaient pas DU TOUT À la description et même en demandant l’annulation un mois avant et leur prouvant que les récents avis démontrent clairement une arnaque, ils refuseront de vous rembourser. Pire service client. Pire site de réservations. A fuir. Si vous le pouvez, passez par Amex plutôt.

I’m updating my review. The recent update has made navigation this app liquid smooth and a pleasure to use. Stick to one format and perfect it: less problems that way. This new version is awesome.
Please fix
This app is impossible to book on now since they’ve changed it. This app is now useless if you want to book a for a travel package which is very disappointing. A bank like RBC should be able to do better than this.
Beyond reason
The worst . Without fail password recovery never works . ..excessive promos flood my inbox are a sham ..this feels like exactly what it is : ruthless brain -dead marketing with zero responsibility to the unprotected RBC client who deserves a loyalty program that functions …Shame on you RBC for lowering the bar .

I agree completely with the other comment. Now all you get are ‘opportunities’ to buy stuff, not get as many gift cards. So sad.
Barely works
Update: latest update broke the travel feature; can’t get to the section to book flights at all - none of the “book now” buttons or any others are working. Terrible.

This app most of the time does not display the points required rather only displays the cost of the ticket in dollars . It is utterly useless and should be trashed.
Requires way too many updates
Every time I open this app I have to update it, even if it’s been a couple weeks since the last time I checked it!

App now completely useless, you cannot look for a specific reward with keyword, forcing you so go through HUNDREDS of unwanted rewards looking for what you specifically want. HORRIBLE update. People, bring back the search bar!!! DO NOT UPDATE IF YOU HAVE THE OLDER, BETTER APP!!!

The connection to convert from Avionics to BA Avios keeps failing…

Great rewards program with a simple, easy-to-use experience. The team genuinely cares about getting it right for members.
Never works
Nearly every time I try to use this app to look at tickets there is some type of glitch or technical issue. Rendering it useless. You would think an organization like RBC could get it together enough to have a functioning app. Similar experience with their online banking site - not quite as bad as this app, but regular technical issues resulting in inability to use them in a reliable way.
