App not working
The was working fine until recently. Unfortunately when you attempt log in with the correct credentials the app goes through the registration process instead. Maybe it’s due to the recent IOS update 🥴
App still not working even after deleting the app and performing a clean installation .
I can still access my account online through a web browser. The app is useless.

Closes down
Every time I click on View fund facts and performance the app just closes down.
I’ve mentioned this before and was told to delete and reinstall the app which I’ve done. Up to date new iPhone and iPad but it still does this on both devices so clearly an app issue.
Fund is Aviva Pension Blackrock Global equity index tracker, it has never ever worked which is just ridiculous.

Doesn’t work
I have a workplace Aviva pension. I downloaded the app logged on successfully but was informed that I have no relevant products. I contacted the live chat link I was provided after calling an 0800 number, who told me not much of the app works yet. I asked what it could do? I was advised they couldn’t tell me as they only deal with log on queries. Waste of my time. Why launch something if it’s not ready.

Not working
Since I upgraded my phone I can’t seem to login to the MyWorkplace app. I can access via safari on my laptop not on my phone. Any idea why?

It would be great if there a section that you can view your monthly contributions
Super buggy
It stopped working, it times out when trying to log in. Countless times I had to change the password because the app refuses to log in or accept keychain items. Never a smooth ride with this app.
Logging in
Great app once you spend the time remembering your password….even with face recognition. It still requires a password…
Funds missing
12 months of funds missing in my group pension. Awaiting a response
Useless
They couldn’t make a worse app if the tried. Absolutely useless. I’ve actually forgot how bad it is because it never lets me even login anymore. Must be me I guess but the other 10 financial apps I have work just fine.
Not working correctly
The app has stopped functioning correctly. The homepage loads, but when you select any other option the app just goes round in circles and freezes.
App camera issues
This is rubbish can’t even verify anything as the camera option is buggy as hell, rubbish get it sorted plz

I don’t see the point of this app.
I already have the MyAviva app which shows my pensions and there face values. It also shows the combined balance of them.
The MyWorkplace app doesn’t do any of this. You have to go into them individually to see what the balances are and then add them up to get your combined balance.
Not very well thought out (did you even think about it!?).
Delete and use the MyAviva app instead. Although, that isn’t exactly great either as anything detailed redirects you to the website.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t show the balances of my pension (used to work perfect). Deleted and downloaded app again and still doesn’t work. Spoke to customer care and they basically didn’t care. Just said it’s an IT issue.
App is no longer working
Since making fund changes (in my online account) the app only shows my account balance. When attempting to move ‘deeper’ in to the app to view more information the circle of death appears, with a constant ‘one moment please’ spinning circle.
