Avli: Daily Affirmations

Avli is Greek for "courtyard". A place with walls, open to the sky. The app has one idea: the affirmation that arrives in the morning becomes the theme of your evening meditation. The day becomes whole in itself. MORNING A sentence arrives at the hour you choose. You don't even need to open the app; the sentence waits in the notification. Sentences come from a hand-curated library, not generated by AI. EVENING The theme of that sentence sets the theme of your evening breathing session. Four themes, each with its own breath rhythm and ambient sound: Calm, Focus, Sleep, Gratitude. YOUR OWN WORDS When the ready sentences aren't enough, you write your own affirmation. Your words, in your voice, stay in the courtyard. STREAK Coming regularly keeps the courtyard tended. No guilt for the days you miss; the courtyard waits. WHAT IS NOT HERE No account, no sign-in.
