Update required

Update required. App no longer works on IOS 11. Good luck at trying to contact the developer and Pioneer don’t want to know about it

Pioneer needs to get this sorted as they do not give you an instruction manual anymore, this app is it. Very poor on their behalf. If this is the service Pioneer offer I will not be supporting them until they can support their customers.

iOS 11 support?

Consider that there is an environment change. The customer may want to run this again on an older (2012) receiver. Please consider updating this for 64-bit, so it can continue to be used on current iOS devices.

AV navigator for iPad

I agree with all the negative comments I can’t seem to do anything like update for compatibility why won’t you help us?

Update

Time to update apps for those of us that can’t afford to update our amps every time a new feature is added

Does not run under iOS 11. Please update!

Does not connect to SC-71 after iOS 11 update.
Does not run under iOS 11.
Please update!

Please fix!

App hangs up

The app connects to my receiver when using Settings and Advanced MCACC, but the app hangs when it gets to "Setting up speaker volume" in Step 3 of Wiring Navi"

No VSX-824 support

Seems my receiver supports mcacc but not ADVANCED mcacc as one can see in this app ... or mcaac or whatever. That was not made clear prior to buying the receiver. Receiver works fine. App does not. Not a deal breaker but just a little annoying for a new generation receiver to be hobbled like that.
At least app launches. 3-stars for that.

Stopped working

On opening, shows downloading error, AVnavigator information not found. A retry button is below, but same message appears. I am using a pioneer sc lx57, AVnavigator works on Mac just not on iPad.

Downloads Info and Crashes

It crashes every time it i download the information in the app. Where’s the bug fix? And can someone contact me about this?

I wish it would work....

When I try to download the materials it goes to the very end of the download bar the kicks me out of the app... Does it need an IOS8 update?

Pioneer needs better app designers

A main function of this app, that is Wiring Navi (essentially system setup), is garbage. It forces you to start at the beginning of a very length setup every time you click on this icon. Most importantly, why this is a separate app from iControl makes absolutely no sense.

OK Ap

Little support for gaming applications. Also had problems getting the noise analyzer to work

Good

I just got the SC 67, and really help me to do everything except the optical for audio. I choose optical for tv and ps3 and than is telling me to conected to caoxil input. Why??

Check model #

This app is awesome for people that want to get the most out of their AV Receiver. However, it is for setup and tweaking. If you want the pioneer control app, search for that. Also, it is for the higher caliber 2012 models. If you have a 1022, sorry, you should have bought a nicer receiver if you wanted this level of control.

No support for last years amp

Hey Pioneer, what do you think the chances are of me buying another product given your apps never support last years model?

Zero.

My next amp is a Yamaha.

Doesn't work with vsx-1022

Chose this receiver over a Yamaha due mainly the iPad app, and it does not work. Hope it gets fixed, it was the deciding factor on this purchase.

No worky with new slim vsk-s500 :/

No worky with newer slim vsk-s500 :/

Need support for 1020

Pioneer does a great job of developing great iPad apps, only forgets about owners of the older gen products.
