Does calls and texts
Great iOS app that I use to call and text my customers. All of the desktop features are available on the app, which is rare based on the other tools I looked into.
Won’t even open
App won’t open. I use the desktop version with success.
Reviews are misleading
I did a bunch of research and tried avocado based on the reviews. This app is poorly designed and is always breaking. Half the time the app crashed when I tried to open it. I ended up trying Mobile Text Alerts based on a recommendation from a colleague, and that works a lot better.
App doesn’t work
App has never loaded, just sits at loading screen. I’ve been waiting since March for the app developers to fix this. Don’t bother downloading.

Best Messaging Tool for business
I did a lot of research and I LOVE Avochato. The mobile app is easy to use and great when you are on the go. Highly recommend! -NC
My customers finally talk back!
I’ve tried email, phone and chat to communicate with my customers for both support and sales, and it’s been so frustrating. Then found Avochato and SMS has been a huge win! My customers much prefer to text. And the avochato software is so easy to use and reliable

Most business texting services don’t even have an App let alone the additional functionality Avochato provides. Stop emailing your customers and start having two text conversations, it works!
Loving the Avo🥑
I have been a user of Avochato for many years. The web app has continuously gotten better and better but now with the most recent update to the mobile app I hardly have to use the web app anymore.
All of there awesome features are built right into the mobile app so I can do anything and everything without ever needing to open my computer.

Lots of functionality
Easy to use and a very comprehensive set of features to manage text communications with customers.
Best App / Support
I tried so many different CRMs and messaging apps to handle my massive warm leads list. This is the most amazing tool. Makes it effortless and the text support is phenomenal when your getting it all set up. Basically on this 24/7 which tracks communication and I use hubspot to track deals / emails. I just load the same lists into both softwares and it’s all set. I use a separate avochato number for cold blasts and than convert them to my warm leads number and it’s been great.

Won’t let you sign up
I tried to sign up on the app and it won’t allow me to use any email addresses I entered.
Good start...
Really need to be able to sort by owner. We each get so many messages that mine get buried, and digging them out is very inefficient. But otherwise, pretty solid.
No luck
Downloaded your app a few days ago. That's is not issue ,the issue started when I tried to connect. 1st my email address or password is ! They are not being accepted. 2nd i have only been trying to get started and find all efforts of that happening seem to diminish. I have been trying most of the day to connect still no connection. I will give one star for the download of Avochato, and that I have wasted most of my day on this app to no avail. Thank you for not assisting in connecting your app . I have had 1 email back with resetting my password,but none for connecting and using the app.
