High pressure sales by professional con artists. App is a joke. Supposed to offer “customized treatment regimen” but has only elementary illustrations. Lacks specific guidelines. Does not give reminders. Does not store photos. Does not provide examples of approved products to use with device. Wish there was an option for negative stars. Accompanying websites are equally unimpressive.

App is crap
No sound on any video. Have to tap multiple times to get touchscreen to work. I’m thinking the product is ok but too soon to tell. Just feel like i paid WAAAAAAAAY too much. Wish I HADN'T FALLEN FOR THE HIGH PRESSURE SALES. #sucker

I purchased the product last week but haven’t been able to get into the app at all. It opens and it’s just a blank screen.
What app?
After downloading can’t even get a Home Screen to load. According to the version this thing hasn’t been updated in 3 years…for as much as this thing costs you’d think they could at least keep an app running.
Incredible product!
This app isn’t perfect, but it does exactly what it supposed to do. It is to be used in conjunction with one of the light treatments from this company. Our family has been using the blue and red light treatments now for three months and have seen unbelievable results! Acne is clearing up, skin damage is healing quickly and aging is being dialed back tremendously! I would highly recommend anyone use this product to treat a number of skin issues or generally help you look younger!

Product Registration
Purchased product in Fort Lauderdale, when I installed the app to register the product, I too, as prior reviews, cannot get passed first page. I went on my computer and registered but have not received email confirmation. Nor have I had the proper training to use the equipment. I was told when I purchased the unit the app would show a video giving the how to. Very disappointed, makes me doubt the company. I also called customer service and had to leave a vm, NO return call, it’s been 4 days. Not happy!!!

Can’t register or get information
The app won’t accept my registration - closes or just sits. I was supposed to get information on how to use the device here as well but it won’t work.
Product registration
I have been trying to register the product via app and had no luck. I was able to go online and register on my computer. However, I am unable to utilize the app which has the instructions on how to use device. Frustrating
Register process
I have been trying to register my Product for 5 days, to no avail. First the wrong prefix for the serial number was incorrect & could not be changed. The correct prefix is now embedded in the registration process, however I cannot get past the first page. I have now past the 10 days to get warranty. I called customer service on 11/21/18 & saw that there was an app update.
