As a Representative, i like to use the app. But, when wanting to share or screenshot something with your phone….on the bottom right of the screen, we need to be able to Swipe the little pop-up icons off the screen. So they’re not covering up content.
Easy to Use
There’s access to so much more than just looking in the brochure. It shows the special offers all in one area. It shows the bundle specials that you CANNOT see in the brochure. There is also a clearance section with discounted products. The prices are very reasonable and there’s always a sale going on. I have found skincare, hair care, and so many other products that work and I will never go back to the other products I used in the past.

I wish this app would let me stay logged in without logging out every time also I wish it would let me have the option to have the biometrics to log in to the app
Avon is fading…
With all the makeup competition out there nowadays, it is so sad that Avon is only given 2.2 stars if you talk to anybody on the street nowadays either don’t know what Avon is or if they do ( older people ) they turn to regular stores for their make up nowadays or ordered online. Sadly, Avon is turning into a nonexistence.

Has not updated app in 2 years soooo…
Please make it to where the app keeps me signed in or let me autofill my email. That’s the only issue I have is having to sign in a lot. Other than that, I’m having no problems. Thank you :)

Have been selling for 26 years. They have had some problems but they have very good products
App needs a lot of work
As a blind person who is also an Avon ambassador, I find this app along with the website, pretty inaccessible. Even with using the screen reader Accessibility; it doesn’t work well. I would love to see the developers make this app more blind user-friendly. The products are good and I’ve never had any problems with them being dirty.

They make you an ambassador make you think you have your own store but don’t help you the lady that is supposed to help me don’t speak any English when you called the one 800 number they act like you supposed to know what’s going on and I’ve made so many orders and never got paid from AVON at all

The app only lets me stay in the message center. Close it out, come back 3 days later & it's still in the same place. The Bot is totally useless as is the app!!!
Don’t get this app.
I don’t like this app bc I had made my account out of nowhere my account was nowhere to be seen and I tried redoing my email and password and it said my password was incorrect when it was corrected I do not recommend using this app at all.
This app is rediculous
I was told to use this instead of the usual sign in page and put in half my order and now I can’t get back in. All the needed products aren’t available and they’re pushing things we can’t sell
Just downloaded the app and it won’t open?
Not sure what the issue is. I’ve got the latest iOS, and just downloaded the app today but unfortunately it won’t open. If the programmers are monitoring these reviews, I’d be interested in hearing what may possibly be causing the issue. I will update my review if I get a response, or have any luck on my own getting it to work.

Why isnt this app better?
For starters if Facebook and Instagram can keep me logged in all the time the Avon Go app should keep a rep logged in unless we log out. It is much easier and faster if someone asks me something or wants to order something on the go if I’m already logged in. also, could you format it for the iPad? I run my business is from my iPad not my phone and when I open this app in my tablet it’s chopped off all over the place. It doesn’t fit it doesn’t work.

This app is fantastic!
I use this app daily to share products on social media, buy products online, watch training videos… pretty much everything. Easy to use.

Do not download this app!! The company started off good with affordable prices for decent quality product. Their company was founded in those terms, but with the rise of ULTRA and Sephora, they tried to cash in. They’ve become greedy, their products stay the same but they’ve increased their prices and reduced their sellers profits.
Last time I’ve ordered from them in the app, they didn’t supply me with what I’ve ordered but what they had. Which ranged from old, nearly expired products and visibly used products that had been returned. The products were dirty with dust- they didn’t even bother to clean them!!
They only care to make their money back. Each time you make a new account, representatives of the company will call you excessively into pestering you to buy their sellers subscription. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!!

I downloaded and within one week it wouldn’t open. I deleted the app. Not worth the wait to download and the. NOT work one week later!!! 😢
Redo this app!!
This app is horrible! The filter should give you the option to select what category of product that you want to look at. It doesn’t. So, if you’re looking for lip products, there isn’t an option for lips. You have to search ALL of the make up, which is ridiculous.
Furthermore, when scrolling through the products, and you tap on an item to look at it, and then go back to scrolling, you’re brought back to the beginning. NOT where you left off. So, you have to scroll past everything that you’ve already looked at.
Actual true color swatches should be shown. Not just a rendering. That is very misleading when ordering.
