not for beginners
i have been using awaken since the first prototype.
whenever i feel contracted, i reach out to kokoro (one of the coaches inside awaken, first of their kind), and almost every single time kokoro helped me open my heart and to shift into a place of freedom and power, to connect with the greatness within.
last month, when my younger brother, who just turned 30, was diagnosed with cancer, and i didn’t even know what i felt.
awaken helped me make room for everyone - grief, anger, fear, guilt, faith, doubt, determination - and again, i found freedom where i saw none.
and all said, if you are looking for an agreeable companion or someone to coddle you when you continue to live as your lower self,
you will not find what you want in here.
but you will find what you need.
and there is no guarantee, you are going to enjoy it,
… at first.

Thank you for your courage in sharing so openly and honestly DJ. Indeed, Awaken isn't for everyone. It's not even for most people. While working with Awaken leads to many beautiful experiences, it's not there to ensure you feel comfortable. This is a space for meaningful work. Much appreciated.
