Scam, doesn’t work
Doesn’t work on my desktop, reached out to customer service and they were worthless. Use PointsYeah, much better. Dissapointed. Bought the year subscription for $75, didn’t get one use out of it.
Great service, app needs work
I gladly subscribe to this excellent service which is great in a browser, but the app is very buggy. For instance I regularly get errors when setting alerts that I can’t read because they’re hidden under the create alert button.
Great website - App is unusable
I wanted to try the AwardTool app, but I can’t even get past the login screen. Google sign-in fails with the message:
“Access blocked: Awardtool’s request does not comply with Google’s policies.”
I then tried the email login option, but the app keeps returning “invalid token” when attempting to send or use the login link.
At this point the app is basically unusable because there’s no working way to access an account. Pretty disappointing first experience.

My Favorite way to search awards
I find that AwardTool has the best pricing and accuracy for multiple alerts. And the UI is pretty intuitive too. Having an app makes it that much easier.
Point lookup and checking.
This app works pretty well. A couple bugs that make it hard to use. If you click on a hotel deal and then view a point or room rate like viewing a specific Hyatt property there is no way to go back a page. You have to force quit the app to go back. It’s als harder to see the point value compared to the dollar cost on the chart.
