Focus on impact
This app is exactly what I needed. The calm, non-judgmental space it creates makes it so easy to stick with my mindfulness practice. The courses feel thoughtful, not generic.
This is the one that actually helped me sleep
I downloaded this app like 4 days ago because I was having a rough week and needed something to shut my brain up at night.
Honestly didn't expect much, but I'm already opening it every day. The layout is super clean, no annoying popups or ads shoved in your face. Everything is sorted by what you actually need. Can't sleep? Go to Sleep. Mornings are rough? Hit Morning. Mid-day stress spike? There's a 3-minute Box Breathing right there.
What I like most is the “All Methods” section. It literally sorts stuff by emotion. Anxiety, Anger, Sadness, Panic... you just tap how you feel and it gives you 3-5 minute exercises. I tried 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding and Self-Compassion Break when I was spiraling over work stuff yesterday. Took 6 minutes total and I actually calmed down. The Butterfly Hug sounds cheesy but tapping your own shoulders like that weirdly works.
The free stuff is already solid. Watching the Breath, 4-7-8 Relaxing Breath, Body Melt for sleep, all free. I haven't touched Pro yet and I don't feel like I'm missing out. Might upgrade later but no pressure.
Anyway, it's only been a few days but this thing is staying on my phone. It's not preachy or woo-woo. It just gives you a button to press when your head is too loud. The watercolor icons are a nice touch too, very chill to look at. Five stars from me so far.

A breathtakingly beautiful sanctuary
I’m blown away by the hand-drawn art style of this app. In a world full of cluttered, data-heavy apps, Aware feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s minimalist, elegant, and incredibly soothing to use. If you appreciate good design and need a quiet space for self-reflection, this is it.
