About
The tournament is on Saturday. The plan is spread across a dozen messages, three group chats and one coach's memory.
Away Day Pass puts the whole away trip on a single pass: who rides with whom, who sleeps where, what goes in the bag and when everyone needs to leave.
Start with the squad and the cars. Each car is drawn from above with its seats, so you simply press a player and drag them into a free seat. At a glance you see who still needs a lift and how many seats are left. Hotel rooms work the same way: drag the team onto the key tags until every bed is taken.
The kit list starts with the essentials — first aid kit, match balls, player passes, snacks and both sets of shirts. Swipe an item into the bag once it's packed and choose which car carries it, so the medical bag never ends up in the wrong boot.
Add the fixtures as the organiser publishes them. Every game shows when to leave the hotel and when to meet for the warm-up, and which shirts to wear. If the drive gets you there too late for the first kick-off, or two games overlap, you'll see it straight away.
On departure morning, check everyone in car by car. Hold a name to tick them off; once everyone in a car is there, it gets stamped ready to go. The same again on the way home.
When everything is set, send one tidy trip sheet to the team chat. For youth teams, every parent gets a personal note with their child's car and driver, room number, departure time and first game — and their number is one tap away when you need it.
After the tournament, the trip moves to your shelf of past trips with every score, so you can look back on how the team travels season after season.
Made for coaches, team managers and the parents who always end up organising: youth football and futsal, basketball and volleyball clubs, school teams and weekend sides heading off to a cup.
Fill the cars, not the group chat.
