The navigation menu button is out of reach, in an untouchable area behind the clock/status bar on the top left. Please fix in an update for a 5 star review

Took the review course twice and listened to the high yield videos every day to/from clinic/hospital. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AWESOME BOARD REVIEW!! my wife and I are both internist in Chicagoland area and plan on going back for CME and keep things fresh!!
