DON’T buy. App broken

The suit is awesome, but does not work on my phone anymore and the app won’t let me sign in at all. I can use it on my iPad which means I have to stay at home with it on. Seriously bogus. No support phone number disconnected.

Bad App

This app frequently fails to fully launch after detecting the Powersuit via Bluetooth. A box appears with no text and no ability to get into the actual EMS controls. ZERO customer support. The suit itself is t as high quality as claimed. Also, the Powersuit I received has the right side 10 X’s stinger than the left side pads since the first time I put it on. Again, ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, thy respond you initial emails, by asking for more information then never follow up. The app sinks, they don’t stand by their product or any claims of quality. Not sure how they remain in business but the won’t be around for long with this kind of rip off the customer policy !!!
