Don’t Do it

This company totally sabbotaged my Fitbit on October 1, 2020. There method of forcing you to purchase an inexpensive clock face after a “trial” leads to a poorly designed Microsoft website that interrupts your ability to access your Fitbit watch. It came at an inappropriate time interfering with travel plans involving a recently widowed friend.
