Surprised by such high reviews!
AWS scammed everyone here and does not deserve even one single star review. Everything that is a design flaw is deemed by AWS as a user error, and it’s one of the worst designed apps I have ever used. Everyone is being far too kind with their reviews of this godawful app straight from the gates of hell. Thanks a lot, Ross. Absolutely not worth the enormous gobs of money the government paid to use this on my program.

Of course this app would be trash it is ran through Amazon and some government contract (the lowest bidder) I wish you could give 0 stars so the rating is more accurate.

Would you look at that. Army once again got scammed into a terrible app with horrible features and no support. Have fun spending 45 minutes trying to meet non-existent password requirements.
Raw product
First of all, need an update for cache cleaning. Files and images are being collected from the group chats and now I have 6gb of stuff that I never needed and can’t clear my storage out. Deleting an app means all that bs register/activation from the beginning.
Second: private chat messages are being sent without a notification sometimes. It’s literally up to app if it’s decided to notify you about new conversations.
Third is a pop up messaging. I understand that the idea if to keep everything secure but there should be an option to preview a new message.
Very raw product that shouldn’t be released and given for use to a departments.

Waste of data centers
Too much work to setup, can’t send pdf, and not user friendly
Bad support
I submitted a trouble ticket about them not updating my rank. They told me it does it automatically and closed my ticket. Nothing was resolved. This app is a waste of government resources. Signal is better.
Won’t work
I’ve missed so many calls and messages because the app randomly stopped working. On my phone I can’t see new messages I can’t send messages and I missed out on important stuff with my team and had to go use work arounds because my team cannot contact me outside of a computer.
Connectivity
App was working fine, then when I reset my password on a desktop because I forgot it WICKR kicked me out. All fine, logged in with the new password not it always say awaiting network a for days never connected back until I had to delete and re-install the app every time I log out.
APP doesn’t like ISO26
My app worked fine until I updated my phone and now it won’t even open.
A less functional MAM MSTeams
This is a great way to blow tax dollars. No watch functionality, harder to text, and equally hard to set up as MAM M365.
