Doesn’t let me switch events
When I click “view other conferences” it doesn’t provide a list of other events. It says loading then reverts to a conference from December 2024. It would be so easy for the developer to do simple QA using AI and fix the issue. This app is frustrating!
Very user unfriendly
So frustrating navigating through this app. Maybe the worst app I’ve ever seen
Difficult to use
Almost impossible to find sessions, every time you navigate to a session and put it in your “my sessions” folder, it goes back to the beginning of the day and you have to re-scroll through all 70 sessions to find your place. Glitchy, the app stopped working several times for no apparent reason. Could not open when not connected to WiFi, making it very difficult to plan ahead.

Annoying to Use
The app is slow and freezes frequently. It was so annoying to scroll through sessions, which are mostly — but not always — in chronological order, that I ended up picking up a program book to make things a little easier. The map was not useful at all. It feels like there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Terrible App
This app is a joke. It doesn’t sync with your AWWA info and favorites, has exhibitors listed under the wrong names and scrolling through the exhibitor list is a awful - freezes, skips, jumps back to the start. Needs to include companies listed in the Innovation hub and various country hubs. The map doesn’t link to the exhibitors. There is no search function in the map - food, restrooms, etc. Map half the time doesn’t load. Using it on an iPhone 15 pro with the latest iOS updates, not an old, outdated phone. Only good thing about the app is I didn’t have to pay for it. Otherwise, a total waste of time.

All interface is slow. Please make it smoother
I’m not in the mountain time zone
The app is displaying times two hours behind schedule as if I’m in the mountain time zone, but I’m in the eastern time zone which is the same as ACE23.
Worst app I’ve ever used in recent history
Sub-sessions don’t display room #, doesn’t say what track they’re in, app auto refreshes to the 6 am time slot when you go back a page. Use whatever technology they use for the Texas Water app please!!! Wow. We missed so many sessions because of this messy app.
Good app, could be better
Now that the login issues are resolved. The app is great for viewing the agenda, finding your way around the exhibit hall, and looking for speakers or attendees. I am not sure there is a better way to do that part of it. What would be great (and make the app better) is if the app knew what time and day it is and the agenda would just go straight there. Also something that would be good is of the app would let you take notes, either in general or under a specific agenda item, and then be able to save, email, or share that info with others.

Major issues need to be fixed
This is better than last year, appreciate the ability to create an agenda. Issues that need to be fixed are:
App freezes sometimes when going back from viewing subsessions to the conference program screen
Filter reset themselves when you go back to the program screen after viewing a session
The app needs to remember your place in the schedule - it always puts you back to 8:00 the day you were looking at with all filters removed - very frustrating
A paper list of all the subsessions and speakers would have been much more helpful than this buggy app.

It’s a stinker
I already had the app but couldn’t go back from the ACE17 event to get to anything else. So I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can’t sign in and there’s no way around it. How about a lost username or password option?

Log In Failure
Well, this year’s app doesn’t work for me either. The login asks for last name...that’s easy. Then ID...what ID? My AWWA ID doesn’t work, my barcode number for my registration doesn’t work. I get a message my email and ID are incorrect. Well, it asked for last name not email. I enter email. That doesn’t work. I can’t set my agenda unless I log in. Dumb! Update: the login works now...yeah! Enter last name and registration number under the barcode on registration confirmation.

Improvements
You can tell the developer has been working really hard to make continuous improvement to this app and the functionality. I like it. Haven’t experienced any issues.

This thing needs tons of work. The Philly conference version was the best yet, but still barely useable.

AWWA
This ap is horrible! It says there is an update, but it won't update...only gives me the option to open because it's downloaded! Now an update alarm comes on every time I open it, but it's downloaded...arrrrgh! And you can't put schedule in chronological order!!! UPDATE: Had to uninstall and reinstall. Stopped the update circle and beeping, but lost all my favorites and had to re-enter them. So frustrating!!! Still a bad app. PNWS Section has a great ap...please re-do this app using their model.

Barely functional advertisement machine
So many buggy issues that it's barely function. Previous interactions have been much better. Where did the ability to add agenda items to calendar go?

Annoying beeping
Even tho notifications is turned off, every time you open the app, it beeps to say an update is available. Otherwise it's quite a useful app.
