About

Axios Workout Tracker helps you plan training regimens and keep an honest record of your progress—right on your iPhone. Build workouts for your training days with a clear exercise list and a layout that’s easy to adjust as your program changes. Review metrics over time to see whether you’re progressing, holding steady, or ready for a new regimen. No account required. Your workouts and logs are stored on your device first, so you can plan, train, log, and look back without signing in. Optional cloud backup: Create a free account to sync workouts across devices and recover your data if you replace your iPhone. Sign in from Settings → Account whenever you’re ready—or stay local only. Sign out anytime; your data stays on this device. If you want a straightforward way to plan, train, log, and review—with local storage by default and cloud backup when you choose it—Axios Workout Tracker is built for that workflow.
