With the release of Camera Station Pro, maybe now we might can get the icon updated.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE APP
You would think Axis would make an iOS app that works with their Installation Tool EVERY TIME. The android version seems to work flawlessly while the iOS version NEVER works on my iPhone 14 MAX PRO or my vendors iPhones.

Borrow an Android if you need it to work
Absolutely cannot get it to work on my iPhone. Use to maybe 5 years ago. Hasn’t worked since. Works fine on an Android so whenever I need to set the ip address on a new camera I have to borrow a coworker’s Android. You’d think it in their best interest to GET THIS FIXED.

Works great with coworkers android phones, everyone that has iPhone have nothing but problem's and locks up or wont connect
WIFI settings must be changed
This app does not connect to the AXIS T8415 unless tracking limitations are turned off for its WIFI network.
The tool does ease installation and works as expected but it would be nice if it could at least rotate the view without web browsing to the camera.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work with my iPhone. I have to find someone with an Android to run the app whenever I need to set up a new camera. You’d think by now they would have figured this out.

Like other reviews state on latest IOS version (for me 15.4.1) App doesn’t work at all, yet they still sell this unit and advertise this app in the box, and it seams like this has been an issue for years based on reviews and yet nothing has changed,

Anyone that gave this more than one star is lying, it doesn’t deserve any. It just doesnt work. Useless company.
Time waster
This should be an aide for camera programming and troubleshooting yet here I am wanting to throw this tool and app 4 stories to the ground.

Does not work at all anymore. Either the app update was bad or no longer compatible with IOS.

Used to work on my iPhone a few months ago. Not sure if it’s iOS or the latest update to the app, but it doesn’t work anymore. Says “not connected” even though I am connected to the T8415’s WiFi. Please fix!!
Stopped working since update
Not impressed with the maintenance of this app. Especially when you think you can rely on it.

Ever since the iOS 12 update the app does not work right. It shows a camera connected to the Installation Tool but only a model and a gray box. Will not connect to the camera itself. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and tried with a dozen or so cameras but it still doesn’t work. Kind of makes the Installation Tool itself pretty much useless.

You should be able to use this app when connected to the same network over existing WiFi without buying additional hardware

I have been using the app for quiet time and i must say its very handy and useful. Recently i found out that the app doesn’t work well with the ios 11.
