Doesn’t work as it should
I downloaded this app since my doctor’s office said that I should use it to communicate with them. I’ve gotten texts when they’ve sent a message that includes a link to the app but when the app opens, there are no messages.
I have to go to my laptop to see/respond to their messages. This defeats the purpose of the phone app. It’s not at all useful.

Where’s the app? I was using it to communicate with my doctor! Every time you get something good and it works somebody screws it up! Get this thing fixed!
This app does not work, and the phone number does not work
I’m supposed to use this app to confirm my second vaccine. But I used to use this app for my mom. So it keeps trying to confirm me as my mom. I no longer use this app for my mom. I edited every piece of information in the app to MY information. Nevertheless, it still shows MY MOTHERS NAME AND AGE EVERY TIME I TRY TO CONFIRM. So if I get there and cannot get my shot because I could not confirm because this app is totally full of bugs, I’m going to be upset and I’m going to upset the other people there. Because this is entirely unacceptable. If you are going to have a junk app, why even bother?
