Update Axtro 4 and beyond timing

Hi
Can you update app to be able to sync clock or time with Axtro 4 and later. I found it unable to do so when I’m in a country where time is behind or ahead of Singapore eg Thailand or Korea. Can only work with Axtro 3 but that tracker is out of stock and battery can no longer hold charge. Need charging daily. Please look into this as I have feedback a number of time. Thank you

Tried to check for my axtro 3 but does not work

Tried to check for firmware update for my axtro 3_5FFC v1.0.3 but does not work, says "missing or insufficient permissions" even though my app is updated.
Was apparently able to sync data from my axtro device. Perplexed.

I can’t verify the sign-in link when they send the link into my e-mail. How am I going to update the time of my watch? its out of sync

Reset tracker

Can you configure this app to allow users to reset tracker when needed? As HPB users, the tracker needs resetting quite often and we have to get an appointment to reset our tracker. If it is available in this app, users can be self sufficient.
