Bad App
The app UI is horrible, I constantly don’t get calls showing up on my phone and then I get a voicemail, the ear shattering ring tones are trash.
Excellent call quality
Great Application for making and receiving calls instead of using your desk phone. I used this full-time for a couple of months and as long as I had a good connection on my cell phone, the quality was outstanding. I love how you can switch the call from your desk phone to the app seamlessly while being on a call.

Phone calls dropping
Everything was smooth but the last 2 months, 75% of the calls have been dropping at the 32 second mark of the call. I’ve been advised to delete, and update the app. Still no solution. It’s been happening the last 2 months and I’ve yet to find a solution. It’s happening on 2 devices, and will unfortunately bring us to the solution of having to seek other companies for us. Good guys but it’s a huge problem to not have an instant solution for.
