Useless mobile banking app
Always pop up an alert box to update the system which always ends with unable to update whenever login. I have to always delete and reinstall whenever I use the app. Very frustrating

The apps nowadays getting problems and can’t login successfully. Even if I login mobile banking then getting popup of system updating box whenever. Apps team must check your app and if require necessary update.

Cannot get OTP SMS while out of office hours… not really helpful for urgent transaction when banks are closed…. Really disappointed…

I cannot see clearly some of my transitions.
Some are only available to see horizontally top roof parts of the letters.

Handles billions of kyats but can’t be bothered enough to hire enough developers to create an app with good ui and ux. App is terrible to use.

Very confusing UI. Unattractive dead application.

Font size
It is difficult to see the wording for aged people since the font size is too small. Also the font default color and background color is not match and make us blur to see what we type both in standard mode and dark mode. Transaction history are not in descending/ascending by date. We need to find the highlighted items in the list by scrolling down.

I can’t often open AYA Mobil banking app.
