Purchase Failed? But still Charged
Downloaded the game and finished the prologue. I was looking forward to doing the main story for the fox character, but when I went to make the purchase, it just tells me “purchase failed”. My card has been charged, but nothing on the app side is changing. The reviews and free episodes intrigued me to this game, I would like to play more. Any idea what can be done to open the main story ???

I know it’s probably a long shot, but I hope the game can be fixed. I see it’s a problem for other returning players not being able to access the main stories even after being bought. I also bought a few of the stories years ago and redownloaded the game to play again but I can’t access the main stories! I even bought Haruto and Yuki’s stories to see if it was just a problem with the others and I can’t even play Haruto and Yuki’s stories either! What should I do? This game is on the older side but I really just want to play again. If there’s nothing to be done then am I able to get my money back for buying Haruto and Yuki’s stories?

I want to continue reading since i bought main stories for a few characters a long time ago but still stuck at loading files. It cannot load at all. I’m so sad since the stories was so good.
