Unable to open game after a long time of not playing

It just kept showing an error occurred and will be returning to title page, the wifi should be stable too so i have no idea what's going on :(

Left in the lurch

This game had a lot of great features, beautiful art, and interactive games. Suddenly, in October of 2022, they announced there would be no more updates, but the game would still be available to play. November 20th, my iPhone updated, and I was locked out of the game. This made me mad, because I had paid for features and items that were unused, and didn’t even get to finish out the monthly bonus I paid for. Sloppy way to close out a game. My review would have been 5 star had it not ended in such an abrupt way.
