Be aware ! This is a Scam app with fake reviews and fake nanny profiles just to rip you off from subscriptions. 小心！ 真个软件是欺骗的。
Energy inefficient
App consumes significantly amount of power, heats the phone (15 pro) and drains battery fast.

Stay away
App is difficult to use. Very few actual candidates on the site. On top of everything, I have been getting charged for months after terminating my membership despite multiple unsuccessful exchanges with customer service.

Wonderful experience
We were initially unsure about the idea of having a live-in nanny since she will be in our house all the time, but our nanny has truly exceeded our expectations and has become an invaluable part of our family. She not only takes care of all the household tasks (cooking, laundry, light cleaning, you name it), but she also takes the time to bond with our children and teach them Mandarin. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her and are grateful for all that she does for us.

Excellent nanny found
Our nanny was a true blessing in taking great care of our baby, especially when he was sick while both of us were away. We felt at ease knowing that our little one was in good hands and receiving the attention he needed.
We work hard
While I appreciate the offer of housing provided by the families, I sometimes feel like they use it as a way to justify a lower offer for my caregiving services. This has been brought up a few times during my interviews. I strongly believe that my hard work and dedication should be fairly compensated regardless of the living arrangement.

So far so good
I was a bit nervous about hiring a Spanish-speaking nanny for my children, as none of us speak the language. But our nanny through AyiConnect has been so patient and kind in teaching our kids Spanish, and they're having so much fun learning!
I support you
I support the concept of AyiConnect and its goal of creating an inclusive community. However, I have noticed some occasional glitches within the app that require me to close and reopen it to properly function. Overall, I still find it to be a useful tool for connecting with potential employers and building my caregiver network.

Sometimes I feel like the family is thinking they can give me a lower offer because they are giving me housing. I don't agree with this. I work hard and should be compensated fairly

Wonderful surprise - hidden gem
As a Caucasian American, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience of hiring a postpartum nanny. My nanny provided almost around the clock support, taking care of everything from the baby to food and chores - she even offered me massages! She was amazing and I would definitely consider hiring a postpartum nanny again for my next child.

Concept good; quality may need to vet
Great concept. You will need a few tries to find matches, because not everyone matches to your needs. Sometimes the caregivers seem to have more requirements than mine, but that's not the platform's fault. I would just advise to trial first to make sure personality fits. If not, upgrade to their concierge. They can help you out.

Free trial and pricing is reasonable
You get to chat with a few applicants first for free. If you need more people, then you will be asked to upgrade. Fair enough. They have two tiers, standard and elite. ELite is more for vetted caregivers.
