Over charging once on board
As a regular customer I am disgusted at being charged more for a booking once on board than confirmed when booking on the app , won’t be using them again on talking to the office while in the car the lady on the phone was very rude if your going to increase your prices then state the correct fare on the app.

Love the app, easy to use & great cause I can pay on card
Poor app
I highlighted there was an issue with the card payment on the app months ago to the office and they still haven’t bothered to get it fixed. It’s all about convenience these days, like the other comment said, back to Uber.
Can’t add credit card
App won’t allow me to add my credit card. It just keeps saying “please check number”. I’ve tried several times and the number is correct. Tried another card and same result. Problem is you can’t pay by card if you book by phone. I guess it’s back to Uber, which has its app sorted out properly.
