Don’t update to last version.
Since I got the last update the app keeps going back to main menu after 3/4 minutes it dosnt even let me place my order.. fix please

I’ve tried on many occasions to order thru this app and every time it ask me to log in and when I do log in I have to log in again to get my order out then it erases everything and I got to start over,, fix your app fools, make it better for us to order, you make enough money from us to get this done, it’s been 1.5 yrs and it still does the same thing

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is so janky. Having to login multiple times is so frustrating. Then to have to take the extra step to link your rewards is a waste of time. Tried to pay by bank & I just get a blank page.
Never works
App needs fixing never works for me in NJ. Have had it for two years. And have updated. However whenever I try to shop. Comes back with error message resulting for me to go through the website directly and cannot use the app.
Needs Work
This app needs a lot of work. Going to the “shop” tab means having to log in over & over again. Sometimes their links in the updates tab glitch and wont let u open the link. And if it does open, you have to sign in again. Please fix these bugs its very hard difficult for users.

I have had an account and been a customer with AYR for a few years now, my birthday recently passed I was looking forward to my free 2000 birthday points. I have called, waited, held on the phone, waited for mangers to call back with information for 5 days. My birthday was the 27th, I never received a call back, a solution or an apology

Problem
It keeps telling me that my App Store needs me to be in an area where cannabis is legal. My App Store is set to no NJ, it's legal here. How do I fix this?
Terrible
This app is forced on customers and half of the functionality isn’t tested and doesn’t work. Insulting
Website formatting is horrid
I downloaded the app because the nav buttons with the shopping cart are inaccessible due to poor formatting. The amount of times I have to refresh and start over to use this stupid site. The app literally just opens the website within it. Of course when I showed someone at AYR it worked perfectly. Now once again, the button to close the cart that opens a pop up every single time you add something is once again inaccessible. To be honest, it’s caused me to start shopping elsewhere even though this really is my favorite dispensary. The website is trash.

It’s not a native app. There’s a promo for $5 off your first order if you download the app and turn on push notifications. But there is no $5 reward. Very disappointed
