👎🏿👎🏼Ever since that last update the app has turned into garbage! I sign in to get into the app then I have to sign in again once im in the app. The most frustrating thing is ill be shopping & all the sudden BAM! I get shoved back to the Home Screen. I go to a different shopping page same thing BAM BACK TO THE HOME SCREEN IT HAPPENED on EVERY shop page in the app!! FiX iT✌🏿

App needs bug fixes
Ever since the new update, I can’t stay on the screen that I’m shopping without it bouncing me back to the home page within 30-60 seconds. This happens every time I try looking into any category. It’s the same problem if I’m checking out. If I can make it that far, I have to be fast as lightning trying to put my info in to check out. I tried to report a problem through the App Store instead of giving this review but it says that page doesn’t exist when I get there. The app is making it difficult to preorder. Again, I believe this problem started around the last time the app updated.

Barely functional
The functions pretty terribly at a basic level. You have to log back in constantly, from page to page, from page to checkout. It has issues clearing previous orders or remembering your current cart. Once the order is placed it’s fulfilled very quickly, but getting there can be very frustrating.
Unusable
Why would you roll out an update that refreshes every 30 seconds and resets to home screen? How is anybody supposed to shop when you can't even scroll down without the entire window refreshing? I'm literally trying to give you my money. Insane
App is awful
If I could give zero stars I would , everyone I speak to who is employed at the dispensary says the same thing . Constantly crashing , unsure if orders go through or not , if you aren’t logged in and start and order it won’t transfer your cart to your logged in cart so you have to re do whole order. Apps are made for convenience and this is not that

Terrible
The app is terrible. It crashes while you’re trying submit an order so you never know if it actually went through or not or it’ll put your order through twice

Website won’t let you use rewards and say you have to use app. App won’t let you hit submit to change password. No way to change password on website
Pointless
I can’t even see my rewards on the app. Isn’t that the whole point??? The app is literally useless

No point to having this be an app. Does nothing the website doesn’t do already.
