WORST APP OF ALL TIME
This company would at least double it sales if it had an app that would allow you to look at its products, the app automatically takes you back to the homepage no matter what you click on and has been doing it for over a month. This company is just another prime example of the greed in this world today where nothing is being invested back into the company.

Wow! Update makes this even worse!
This app has been crashing for weeks and I was excited to see that there FINALLY was an update.
Yep, it’s real, the update actually made this app even WORSE!!
I didn’t think that was possible, but here it is - and now the app is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS on a fully updated iPhone 16.
Maybe when the developers graduate from KINDERGARTEN they’ll figure it out 🤪

After 5 months the reported crash/auto logoff issue still there. App is basically impossible to use as it quits after 30 seconds while shopping. Why not fix it ?!?!?!?!
Terrible app
I love Ayr Dispensary, but the app is awful. It had been better for a few months, and now, for the past couple weeks, I have to keep logging in and can’t place an order at all. When I’m looking for a product, I have maybe 30 seconds to a minute to scroll the options before the app glitches and sends me back to the home screen.

Awful!
Who cares what this dispensary offers, the app is atrocious! You can view ANYTHING without it refreshing, signing you out and starting you on the home page. It’s constant. If the product is anything like the app.. IT SUCKS
App crashes constantly
I don’t know what it is with this app but every time I get on and login using my Apple account after about two minutes it signs me off and goes back to the homepage. I have not been able to complete an order with this app. And as far as I’m concerned, it’s pretty much trash.
Broken App
Constantly logs me out. Tried everything and it still requires me to log in over and over through Apple. Makes me want to shop elsewhere because the app is hot trash.

App Is Barely Functioning
I love AYR, they always have good deals and usually quality products. However the app is a hassle, I always end up just opening the website in my browser instead. The refreshing of the page logs you out, when you add something to the cart be careful not to refresh or you'll lose your cart. Just annoying.

bad app design
love ayr but the app sucks. never works the way i need it. making online orders is somehow harder on the app than just going in person. the constant page refreshing and logging in make the app unbearable to use and frustrating.
Not user friendly
This app is very unfriendly to users. Especially when placing an order and paying by bank it will continuously log you out and not connect your bank even though my bank is saying it is connected. Direct you to two different sites to pay Plaid and Dutchie when you get to these two sites you have to login again and sometimes your card is empty. I have spoken to the wonderful employees but they cannot get it to work even when my phone is right in front of them. AYR is the only cannabis store I use, but you really need to do some serious maintenance to make order ordering and paying much easier.

After update
More problems. Swipe left is is selected instead of swipe left. Smh also no need for location demand since we are in legal state with card entered is valid enough. Dumb move. Last, had to log in multiple times(log in app and checkout log in) to complete order. Another dumb move.
