Very bad app
Every time I try to download the report, the progress bar keeps revolving but the file never gets downloaded

After installing this application. My got jailbreak warnings in my banking applications.
Paid the money of my test and still it’s showing “due”
The labs can send the report directly to the patient rather than using such apps.

Why the hell do we need to pay the amount to view the result .Its atrocious .We are paying to get the test done and result is inclusive in the payment .
Not a good app
Even after paying the fee for testing the app requests payment for accessing the report. Worst ever app I have seen until today. Apply store has to look into such things seriously to avoid the quality deterioration.

I’ve paid the full amount in advance for the test. Now to download my report, it’s asking me to pay. How do this people actually work and survive? The number provided on the website is not being answered.
Not useful
If I’m making payment at the diagnostic Center for the lab tests why am I being asked to pay to access the report? I don’t understand why customers have to pay if lab gives permission to share the lab test results
Terrible app and terrible customer support
I can’t save my test results in pdf format on my Mac and the phone number on the website in continuously engaged!

Completely useless. Even after entering the correct username and password it doesn’t open. Tried changing the details and tried opening. But completely useless.

Asks for username to log in when there is no user name assigned before hand
