Looks like an app built by a 4th grader
I spent 5 minutes just trying to login to the app which failed, and found numerous issues with the system. Most probably they hired some random $5 gig developer for this work.

Worst app. It gets failed during photo upload by my operator. KYC doesn't get completed. In download module, server error is coming

App fails to generate tha card and although show eligible but cannot process the card please fix that

Developers who made this aap are worst developers, as usual like all governments app this aap is also working as expected. Worst experience from last 3 an hour with high speed internet trying with different devices but captcha is not loading
It serves nothing
You can just search if you are beneficiary or not! You can not create or register for Ayushman Card as shown on AyushmanNHA YouTube channel. Worst experience, waste example of digital India services. Kindly fix this and make this app useful for the citizens.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with the Ayushman app has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been trying to log in for the past 48 hours, and the server just doesn’t seem to work at all. Every attempt either fails or gets stuck, making the app completely unusable.
For an app that’s meant to provide important healthcare access, this kind of technical issue is unacceptable. Users depend on it, and consistent server failures only add to stress rather than solving problems.

When i refresh the wallet balance than Demographic details do not match with addhar that typ of error shows so fix this error as soon as early
