Absolute Disappointment

Absolute disappointment with AZAL! This is not the first, or even the second time this has happened. They sell tickets months in advance, collect passengers' money, and then quietly cancel flights a couple of weeks before departure, leaving you with just a cold email. No SMS alerts, and the app status shows "OK" until the very last moment. People miss their job contracts and critical deadlines, having to buy new tickets from other airlines at triple the price! If you can't guarantee the flight, DON'T SELL tickets at all. Terrible management and zero respect for passengers.
