Confused
This is too complicated of this app. And so confusing. I don’t like this design app Azalea has given me hard time and waste time.
Low value, company-wide problem
This company does not offer much value for clinics in this app, and the browser based EMR this app links to. Rare improvements unless it’s to sell add ons in full EMR, and the app has not changed my use in 3+ years.
Short list of features needed: search by phone number, sort list of patients by name, DoB, save schedule view to see 1-2 resources instead of 4-5 (UX poor here, can’t read 5 columns on vertical phone screen), swipe to go from current schedule day to next/previous day.
Best feature: Face ID sign in.

Cannot practically use to document during sessions
So many features of the desktop app are unavailable on the iPad app. It is impossible to filter to see only my patients, to check my patients into the waiting room or my room, and to pull forward any of my templates into my current note. I was so excited to go mobile with my iPad, but this is very impractical. Please make this functional for busy providers.

Improvements needed and it would be amazing.
Would be super helpful if scheduling can be done in app. Some of us are on the go, and not always near a computer to input appointments or check in and out.
