Poor app not working as intended
App has been broken for months without any update. Have since contacted their technical support but they also cannot fix the issue.
App can only detect the cameras when under the same network(aka WiFi). Once I changed to 4G the app cannot connect to the cameras anymore. I have since reset the cameras, delete the app and reinstall, setup everything again, troubleshooting but still to no avail.
Poor customer experience which is pushing us to other brands of camera with so much better quality, at a lower price and with better software support app.

Lousy navigation
Connection to the cams is definitely better than the older app but the navigation of cam is very bad. When I navigate by swiping a bit on the screen... sometimes the cam turn a bit but most of the times it will turn all the way to the other end... it is very very frustrating!!! I would rather downgrade to the older app and use the navigation controls instead of watching how stupid my ip cam will turn to the end when I just want it to turn a bit. I am even considering of getting other Brand’s and ditch Aztech!

AZCam vs Aztech IPcam app
The all new AZCam app is much better in terms of respond and connection to my ip cams vs the Aztech IPcam app.
The funny thing is aztech doesn’t inform customers on this new app that’s much better than the current Aztech IPcam.
