Please avoid. The dispenser does not work and there is no refund for the money lost. The help section is a joke. There is no tracking mechanism for raised tickets. Please avoid.

I paid but the kiosk didn’t open, unsure if i’ll get a refund, bad experience. How difficult is it to make vending machine

Garbage app
Developer put minimal effort for creating the app. Google sign-in never works. They need email and phone number just to get a pack of chips. Even when couple of packs are available in the machine, app shows out of stock. Drinks are not chilled. Money gets deducted and order is not placed. What is the tech team even doing? Overall a garbage service and garbage app.

Developers don’t care to fix on the bugs.
There are hell lot of issues with this product. Most of the time there will be network issue. Other times doors won’t open. Yeah the refund comes but it comes in wallet. Which I try to spend next time again doors won’t open. Either give option to refund the money in my original source of payment or open that doors.

Bad support
One if the bad services, bought a cake, the code sent was wrong, but ended up in losing the money and no support at all. There is a link to raise support, but that does not help. You instead get a message that product was delivered. Avoid this, have written to our Admin to replace this service
Fraud kiosk
I ordered for an item and paid the amount
When I tried to enter the order I’d to take my product it said product already delivered
People around me thought I was trying to open it forcefully

Pathetic experience
Machine dont work at all! money deducted but door isn’t opening, kindly dont use MACHINE wrost experiences twice .there is no refund issued. Dear azgo Kindly don’t use this kind of cheap strategy to loot money from people…….
Scam
Seems like a legit scam. The payment gets deducted but does not get processed and in the second attempt payment got deducted but the door never ends up opening.

I am not able to open door.
Worst service possible
Sometimes the product that you order won’t be in the vending machine and the next day it shows as delivered. Scammed my money. And the next time it doesn’t update the money I paid for a product and my money is gone. No support nothing. Just the worst possible
Machine network issue
Horrible machine . I did my payment and later when I entered the code it’s displaying network issue .I want my money back

Worst vendor machine it will not work properly many times my friends has lost the money in it
Robbing machine
After making the payment, the order code doesn’t work. And without delivering the products the machine changes the status as delivered. There is no response from support and no refund. I have lost money twice on this machine.
