Dear Customer, There was an issue with our external developer and resolved, now it is ok. However, the Salam network is still down, but we expect it to be resolved soon. AWCC Top -Up is down again and soon it be up too. Thank you

From my experience, the app is full of bugs and constantly crashes. The features rarely work properly, and recent updates haven’t fixed anything. It’s been a frustrating experience overall.

Issue in creating user account in IOS
The application is really frustrating when I want to create my account in iPhone. First it was not working and later while it somehow worked, the OTP was not sent to my phone. If it was sent it was very late for the application to accept OTP.

this version that recently come is not workkng good and its very weak !!!
My Azipay account is blocked
However I went to Azizi bank to unlock my account. Agent told me that he reported the issue but in reply the say the email does not match. Unfortunately I don’t remember which email I have used in Azipay. I am stuck 😏😏
Phone recharge is not working
The only thing which was working in this app was phone recharge, now that also not working. Only when you touch the phone recharge option, the app hangs and stops working.
