It's possible the account was logged out rather than deleted, which would explain why the data was still there upon signing back in. Pure money grab
On top of that, there are many bugs that would be easy to fix but have still not been resolved. For example, the distance filter: when set up to 100 km, the app says no users are available and asks you to increase the range. Once you set it to 200 km, profiles from the same city suddenly appear. This makes no sense and shows poor quality control.
