This app steals money from me my canceled account
Since March every 30th they been charging my card $2.99 stealing money from my account. I been canceled my account since March after having it for a month no longer satisfied with services ever since then I been getting charged every month I tried contacting them through email because of no access to customer service via Phone. I even tried hoping maybe if I log back in my old account to check if there a was a glitch or if I properly cancelled my account it won’t let me log in at all unless I put down my card information what a JOKE! Don’t use this app it’s a hassle getting your STOLEN money from these thieves when they don’t answer there emails and make it hard to try yourself to fix the issue.

App doesn’t work properly
I’m always having issues with the app. I am unable to log in or create account. It keeps saying “ you are not authorized to perform this action”

At first the app was working, but now that I paid for 2 months? And I get logged out, saying my account doesn’t exist, or I can’t change my password because my account doesnt exist oh but apparently my card information does work, weird. And I’ve been trying to unsubscribe and it also won’t let me

There is no way to cancel they keep charging canceled my card and took my Apple Pay money when I never put Apple Pay as payment till now I still can’t cancel and there is no number or anywhere to reach out.!!!!

I should have known better! I can’t even cancel the subscription they don’t let you. Bunch of scammers but I can easily close my bank account and make a new one. They just wanna be Zeus so bad! Try again! & the season of la brava was wack and cut short.

SCAM!! Service keep’s charging . No customer service to cancel subscription.
I downloaded this app after watching 1-2 episodes(poor quality in picture and audio ) I tried canceling the subscription. No customer service. No option to do so on the website. I’ve already emailed them and they still charged me. Being charged automatically for 4 months , with difficulties in canceling the service. I had to call my bank and file a dispute and block to these scammers.

-1 star. It’s disappointing to find bank charges happening after unsubscribing I wouldn’t trust it again. If only apple would allow images to be included, records would’ve been filed. Azlo Tv do better.

To be completely honest, straight up, do not download this fkn app. I only got it to watch ALaBrava but after 2 episodes, it started glitching. This app kicks me out every time right after I log in. I have been trying to cancel my previous payments since this ridiculous and unprofessional app keeps crashing. It literally does not allow me to delete my account. @Adrian Dominguez… this app is a fkn joke!!!!!!

I have been unable to reach support. I only got this because I wanted to watch a la brava. Haven’t been able to watch it. The app laggs and won’t let you log in. I cannot cancel my subscription because the website laggs as well …

I downloaded the app in December 2025 couple weeks later I canceled it because the app was not working properly. Come to find out. I realize that they are still deducting money out of my account after I canceled.
