when i tap this app it only shows a black screen n saying i dont have network which is not true can u pls fix this ASAP!

app not working
ive heard great things about the app but unfortunately the app wont work on my phone, it just shows a dark screen when i open the app.
i tried deleting then downloading the app again, still not working. hope you guys fix this problem because im sure this app deserves a higher rating but right now it needs fixing.
