Burke & Herbert Bank’s Commercial Online Banking mobile app allows commercial users to quickly and easily view accounts, transactions, check images, recent notifications, approve payments, decision positive pay items, view payment activity and deposit checks (if enrolled). Simply login to the app with your Username, Password and Two-Factor Authentication method. To enroll in biometric login, select Enable Touch ID/Face ID/Fingerprint. If applicable, complete virtual token verification. • My Dashboard – Upon login, from your dashboard you can view company accounts, pending approvals, positive pay decisions, deposits, cutoff times and recent notifications. Each user will see the information applicable to their user settings. • Payments – Users with appropriate access can approve ACH, wire, internal transfer and loan payments, create new internal transfers, initiate existing ACH, wire and internal transfer templates and create bill payments. If additional authentication is established for a payment type, the user will be prompted to authenticate upon selecting approve or reject. • Deposits – Deposit a single check or batch. Choose your location, view deposit activity and check images. • Positive Pay – View and decision check and ACH exceptions. • Reporting – View accounts, transactions and images. View and filter internal transfer, ACH or wire activity. • Message Center – Send messages to the Bank, view your Inbox and any attachments.
