Cannot access app despite several attempts USELESS.
Doesn’t work for me
Just tells me the full price of items when I scan the barcode in store, even when I know that item is reduced. I got the app because my b&m often don’t get round to putting the correct reduced price on the shelf.

Scanning and searching does not work!
After app refreshment and update none of its useful functionality (such as search and production scanning) work! I used to love it as it helped with checking prices of items which were wrongly labelled or put in the wrong places in the shop. Shame 😳
Does not work
Just reinstalled this app as it stopped after a break. It still does not work. Just hangs showing with throbbing B&M logo. Thankfully I can still use things called shops 🤣

I would strongly suggest don’t you tested properly to ensure it is working before wasting peoples time with an inferior app?
I love using your store. I’m in there every couple of days, but I am extremely disappointed with your app because it is taken of hours of my time trying to get it to work.

Barecodes don’t scan
Item cannot be found apparently very annoying and reading comments before this seems like reoccurring issue. Please fix it Thankyou.
What is the point of the app?
You cannot see what store has what stock in. You ring up and they will not tell you. So you waste fuel driving to the store/s only to find they don’t even stock items! It would be helpful if you could buy on the app or do more than just see would you ‘could have’ had!

Doesn’t Work
It’s a useful app when it works but the scanner (which is the main reason I use it) has been broken for a while now. I’ve done everything to check that it’s not an issue on my end so at the minute, the app is just pointless to me
Can’t sign in
The app seems to be okay but it just keeps refusing to sign me in, no matter how much I try to em reset my password.
I use Apple passwords too when I reset my password so I know when save it so I know that the password I am using is definitely correct and it still refuses to let me sign in, saying that my username and passwords don’t match their records, which makes no sense because how can they send me a password reset link in a email if my email and password are not on their records?
This needs fixing asap but for now might just stick to using the website for now as this app isn’t very useful

They don’t have points card and collect points and people ar spending so much without any benefit

I love this app, but it’s not working
Every time I try to go onto my favourites list to order something out of my favourites, I can’t find my favourites and then when I press on the love heart which takes you to favourites my phone freezes the app is not working. Can you fix this please?
