Useless app
Can’t log in, no password rest email is received, there is no contact via the app.
Even gym employees are not helpful when it comes to information about the app.

الباسورد حقي وقال لي ما يشتغل ما يشتغل وسجلت الباسورد بالإيميل حقي طبعا كتبت الإيميل ارسلت لهم الإيميل حقي قلت لهم أرسلوا لي رابط حاطة الباسورد حقي ارسلت قالوا لي نص ساعة ساعة ويوم اليوم ولا أرسلوا لي ولا شيء ورحت لهم وبلغت شكوى ولا فيه ولا شي كأنه فتقيم صفر هذا النادي

تعامل بعض موظفات الاستقبال غير مريح ولايوجد كوتشات عند الأجهزة إلا نادرا وكوتش المسبح اغلب الوقت غير موجوده وارجو تطوير الخدمات المقدمه للعملاء والمرونه في التعامل وشكرا

Signed me out and I can’t sign in again!!
The app signed me out for no reason and I can’t sign in anymore, it says that the password is wrong which I’m sure it right, because I can sign in using the website, I tried resetting it, I don’t even receive an email for resetting even though the app says “an email has been sent to you” WHERE IS IT!! maybe your using a different api for the login please fix it!!!

Can’t log in
The app has a major issue, where I’m not able to log in. My credentials work fine in the website, but the app keeps saying that the credentials are wrong etc. Even tho I checked multiple times.
Please fix this issue as using the app is easier and more convenient than having to log in to the website everytime you want to book or cancel a session.

The app doesn’t work properly
1- it signed you out randomly
2- it deleted my account and when i logged in it deleted all of my info and i had to set it up again
3- sometimes it doesn’t log in and keep showing an error message
