Useless app.
Been using this for over two years. Not by choice. Costing me over $6k a year to use and is so slow it can’t be used. Takes over 2 minutes to load even after using only five minutes prior. How is it viable for a business to spend half a day waiting on an app to update?
Developer has moved on to new ventures and has left this as is. Will never be made faster.
Recommend going with someone else.

This is absolutely Pathetic App, the only reason why I gave it a 1 star, is there isn’t anything lower.
I use to be with Maintenance Manager, which worked great 5 Star, Now B&A took over and it is a absolute nightmare for use tradies to use,
I had no choice with using it as my clients use there system, if you are a tradie and you have a choice, do not sign up too Bricks & Agent.
There is way better platforms to use.

Waste of time
Rarely loads,
Poor
Needs a lot of work, “notify pm” doesn’t work, “show more” often doesn’t fit inside of speech bubble so can’t be used. Really needs an overhaul
