After updating to the latest version he is not showing data usage error showing no session found
App not responsive
This app not showing me the readings it always popup error when opening it to see the monthly readings . Does purchasing the app work in this scenario but I am reluctant to do that with the current output
Please fix 404 error
I’m using the updated app but still I’m getting 404 error. Please fix the bug. I really love this app. Great effort from your side. I’ll definitely donate if it get fixed. Excellent application.
Not showing the data
It gives app under maintenance message or update the app message whenever we open the app and does not gives the usage data. Suggesting to use latest version but even after update it is giving same error.
Disappointment
App says, application under maintenance, doesn't work for all waiting for new update version. I'm waiting like 1 week and not get a update. How much time i will wait for this and enjoy this app for knowing which amount of data i used all day or month. Or is this problem only in my iphone SE.

Nice App
It’s a great app to check and track the data usage at single click. But, I am seeing few issues after updating to latest version.
1. Getting server not found for all the 3 servers
2. Bill payment status is showing wrongly, even though my bill payment is done, it’s still showing as payment pending.

Unbelievable
You wouldn’t believe and I couldn’t imagine that such app was possible for bsnl where just by opening the app and not logging in one can directly check plan, remaining data, data consumed total and daily data consumption
No daily data usage option
Overall app’s performance is good like showing total used data, remaining data.
But I can’t able to check my daily usage which was shown in the screenshots in a grapical representation. If there is an option to enable that please let me know.

404 error & data consumption update slowly.
The app dont refresh data on time. Also I am sick of your 404 error. Every time I have to uninstall the app and download again just to see the data consumption.
Why I am not able to see Usage Report
I have downloaded the pro version of BSNL Pro but I can only see the first page which says total data used and today use but i am not able to see the detailed report, how much daily data is available. Even on the page I am not able to see the download and upload speed. I am using this on iphone , kindly update .

Very good app 👍 need small feature
This app is excellent for FTTH users to over come the difficulty with Selfcare portal. I want developers to display the renewal date or remaining days to refresh the data. This would be helpful to utilise the current month’s data effectively 🙂

I had to login to self care portal every time i wanted to check usage details as bsnl official app is of no use.
This app works great. Does what it says. Provides daily and overall usage details along with your current plan information.

Great App !!!.. works on iOS device
Great app for iOS great work!!!!... just suggestions to add features like to be able to print pdf report or share it and way to view monthly bill to be able to pay online as well. Thanks-Pankaj Gurung. D Dun.
Stability
When we speak about connectivity BSNL seems to lack a lot, there are frequent disconnects which I have faced for even a month, we know that support on any issues or even tech support is not at all acceptable, customer service do not perform any basic troubleshooting which is a biggest problem, it’s like lift & shift which they are paid for, no efforts made to resolve issues at first call, rest it with GOD

Great App for BSNL Broadband/FTTH USERS
Very nice app, it displays the subscribed pack details, it monitors the daily usage of the data used, it displays the total data used in a month, it also shows the net speed .... it’s a great app ... a must have for BSNL broadband users ... a very big drawback is it always shows that it is an old version and needs to be updated, even though it is already up to date

This app keeps me updated with my data as for a person using bsnl wifi or broadband its tough to maintain and have a eye on the data usage, but this is great. 👍🏻 and the one star there is sometimes it doesn't show up it says that you are not connected to any bsnl wifi, which is sad !
Please do more than adding ads
Other local and national Wifi providers like Jio allows customers to change Wifi password, allow/disallow users, bill payment & refresh Wifi port through dedicated app like this but since last three updates here, all we saw is more ads over ads. More creativity is called for.
Does the job
Nothing fancy. Just draws data from bsnl usage portal. Easier to use than visit the portal every time. Good thing is that bsnl has updated the portal to show “todays usage” which is helpful for those under daily fup plans. This feature is available in the app as well.
