Very useful after surgery

Arm stiffness after breast cancer surgery can be a real problem. Usually the exercises given to improve movement are just one sheet of A4 that be difficult to follow and are too basic.
This free app developed by breast cancer researchers and surgeons goes into much more detail at a pace that it is easy to follow. The videos are so much easier than following written instructions too.
A great help on the road to recovery.

Great to help recovery

A wonderful app for exercises to help affected side. I’m 9 months after surgery and wish I had this sooner! Love the reminders and great to tick off each time. Thank you ❤️

No Sound

I just downloaded the app. App looks good and I would like to try it but there is no sound. Exercise instructor cannot be heard.
