About
The driver side of a fleet management system. Your employer sets up your account and sends you a password — you cannot sign up here.
Built for drivers, not for the office.
▸ YOUR HOURS, BEFORE YOU NEED THEM
Tap once to change duty status: off duty, sleeper, driving, on duty. The app keeps the record.
Five clocks show what you have LEFT, not what you have used — driving, break, rest, loading and your cycle. They count down as you work and turn amber in the last half hour, so you know before you set off whether there is time for one more drop. Go past a limit and the ring splits: the part you were allowed in its own colour, the part you were not in red.
Your fleet chooses the rule book. FMCSA and the EU regulation are built in. A fleet that runs to its own shift plan can set its own limits, and the app tells you plainly which of the two you are being measured against.
▸ YOUR DAY, AS A LOG
The 24-hour grid every driver and every roadside inspector already knows how to read, coloured to match the status buttons you press.
Tap any block to see when it started, how long it ran, and your total for that status so far — including the five-minute stop that is too narrow to write a figure on.
Page back through previous days. Nothing is rounded into decimal hours: it is hours and minutes, the way a log book is kept.
▸ VIOLATIONS, EXPLAINED
Go past a limit and you see what the limit was, what you recorded, and how far over — grouped by day, with a line explaining what the rule is there for.
Breaches of your fleet's own shift policy are labelled separately from legal ones, because they are not the same thing and an inspector should never have to guess which is which.
Think a past day is wrong? Ask for a correction from inside the app. Your office approves or rejects it. Nobody can silently edit your log.
▸ YOUR ROUTE
See the stops your office has planned, with time windows and addresses. Mark yourself arrived as you work through them.
Photograph delivery paperwork at a stop, add a note, and it reaches the office immediately. Forgot one? Add it later from My documents.
▸ THE REST OF IT
• Messages with your fleet office, in a single thread
• Training courses your office assigns, with a timer you can pause
• Your licence and other documents, with what expires and when
• Fault reports and repair requests you raise yourself
▸ WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
Much of the app carries on without a signal. A status change records the moment you tapped it, not the moment it sends — so a shift logged in a yard with no bars is still correct when it arrives.
▸ ABOUT LOCATION
Your position is recorded at one moment only: when you mark yourself arrived at a stop, so the office can see the delivery was made where it was meant to be.
The app does not follow you between stops and does not run in the background. If it cannot get a position, the arrival still counts and is simply marked unverified.
The camera is used only for the paperwork and the faults you choose to photograph.
Full details are in the privacy policy, linked from the sign-in screen.
▸ YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT
Your fleet office creates it. If you are a driver without one, ask them.
