What a petty!
If your product is shutting down or about to, you should look into the cause of failure and learn from it instead of blaming the user and playing on the emotional side… The user expects a product to fix his problems, not the other way around. There’s nothing wrong in failure, what’s wrong is blaming others for your screwups. Nobody has let you down, you failed and you should embrace your failure instead of pointing fingers. Pathetic!

Does not work!
Hello, I got an invitation code and downloaded the app. While the reference code was accepted, I have not been able to open/ access my account on the app. I filled in all the required info ( email name passwords) but then, nothing happens after I click on create the account . It gets even weirder, as I indeed received an email from Baal to verify my email address and confirmed / reaffirmed my password. However, when I go to the app and try to log in, it keeps giving me the same error message « the credentials you entered do not match »!!
Then, better yet.. the email shows I can login on a website which indeed lets me log in but there is nothing there!!!
